A Stroll Through History
Dating back to 1897, the Chinworth Bridge in Warsaw provides the starting point of this walk through history over the Tippecanoe River as well as a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Bicyclists, joggers and walkers alike will enjoy this two-mile asphalt stretch that connects to two additional historic bridges along the way. Picnic areas are available along the beaten path as well as the opportunity to canoe or kayak down the calm, alluring Tippecanoe River.
Uniqueness is an understatement when describing Pierceton’s Purr-fectly Unique Design Studio & Boutique . Artist Susan Karczewski takes everyday objects and transfers them into one-of-a-kind jewelry, using anything from vintage buttons to clay. Select from Susan’s collection of original aprons, wall art and lawn sculptures made from artisans around the area. Be sure not to miss out on Susan’s weekly two-hour classes during the summer to learn new skills to make your own creations or watch other artists at work.
