From Shakespeare's 450th Birthday in April of 2014, through the summer of 2016, enjoy readings, lectures, performances and special events celebrating the playwrights legacy right here in Indiana. Visit the Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival in South Bend, now celebrating its 15th/150th anniversary, between July and October to see two plays and learn more about the man behind them with pre-show talks and special lectures. Across town, Indiana University South Bend is holding an entire year of Shakespeare-centered performances and celebrations.
