The Indianapolis Museum of Art, established in 1883, offers a massive collection of over 50,000 diverse works. Situated on the 152 acre Newfields campus, the IMA features permanent collections from African, Asian, American, and European artists, which are always on view. The IMA also displays contemporary art exhibitions, textiles, design, and fashion.

Over 350 thousand visitors a year benefit from the IMA’s collections and public programs. With work spanning 5,000 years, the Museum has a rich history of art on display. Tours, events, and culinary offerings are ever-changing. Guests can take pictures with Robert Indiana’s iconic LOVE sculpture, reflect on the simple beauty of Vincent van Gogh’s Landscape at Saint-Rémy, or spend the day basking in the architecture of the destination itself.

Additionally, Newfields offers exceptional programs throughout the entire campus, including an outdoor with over a million lights during Winterlights, and over 500,000 blooms during Spring Blooms. There is always something to do at Newfields.
