The Midwest’s Largest Flea Market is held every Tuesday and Wednesday of each week (8 am – 5 pm) from the first of May thru September. Vendors offer a variety of products and truly have something for everyone – vintage items, quirky novelties, fresh seasonal produce, hand-made goods, re-purposed crafts, handcrafted furniture, clothes, home décor, cleaning supplies, snacks, and accessories and everything in between. On Wednesdays, visitors can take in the weekly Misc. & Antique Auction, featuring up to 10 auctioneers selling a variety of antiques & misc. items beginning with the auction bell at 9 am. A variety of Shopping & Special Events take place at the Farmstead Inn & Conference Center, Expo Barn & Event Pavilion just across the street. The small community comes alive with travelers from all over to visit this "do not miss" Hoosier tradition. It’s not hard to find a friendly face, nor is it difficult to keep one busy with the numerous activities Shipshewana Trading Place has to offer.
