MoonTree Studios, a ministry of the Center at Donaldson, is an art, nature, spirituality complex of studios--Paint, Fiber, Clay and Wood/Metal/Glass--for creative exploration. Peruse our catalog and enroll in advance in small-group 2D and 3D visual art workshops scheduled throughout the year, led by facilitators from throughout the Midwest. Some of these experiences are the folk arts of our grandparents’ time. Here you can absorb artful living for yourself, fearlessly using the processes you discover to create something new, out of your own creative imagination. You can let the materials teach you. We want you to leave MoonTree excited about your possibilities! In the art gallery, artists display their works to inspire others (8-9 different solo or group exhibits per year.) MoonTree Studios, Gallery and Lodge are gold LEED® certified buildings, nestled in a restored Indiana prairie with rain gardens, a bog garden, and six Wind Sculptures by Lyman Whitaker. See the catalog for art reception dates and times. Call for an appointment for groups/times other than those listed: (574) 935-1712. We recycle!
