About Fort Wayne Museum of Art

The Fort Wayne Museum of Art presents over 30 exhibitions of contemporary and historical art annually, each highlighting national and regional artists working in all mediums. The permanent collection, with work on constant display, consists of 1,400 American paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, and photographs. The Print and Drawing Study Center, open to the public Tuesday-Friday 11-3pm, offers intimate study of individuals works on paper in the museum's collection. The Early Learning Center, open during museum hours, engages our youngest visitors with interactive, hands-on learning stations. The Paradigm Gallery, the museum's shop, features unique, hand-made items by over 75 local, regional, and national artists and artisans, as well as books, toys, and jewelry. The Auer Art Library offers nearly 8,000 art, architecture, and design volumes available to the public for research and for circulation to museum members.
