An annual tradition for families since 2018, Shipshewana’s Lights of Joy, a drive-through light display experience, is now home to almost three million LED Christmas lights displayed in a two-mile-long symphony of colorful light scenes for this upcoming holiday season.
Shipshewana is home to a 1,500 seat, state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center which offers over 450 shows including nationally known artists and original musicals. Selected as the #1 Theater of it's size (2,000 seats or less) in the world in 2024!
You'll want to wear your stretchy pants to Shipshewana and come hungry! Gather your family at the famous Blue Gate Restaurant. Each option is farm fresh, made from scratch, and guaranteed to delight your tastebuds.

295 arches total, 17,700 light bulbs, 1 mile long! Grab a snack and walk through the newly expanded Walkway of Lights. That runs from Yoder’s Shopping Center to the Blue Gate Garden Inn and E&S Sales to Our Front Porch!
