Enjoy Thrills and Chills at the Riley Showcase

Rising from a coffin, Sammy Terry gave us the chills in his “Nightmare Theater.” Everyone’s favorite horror host rises from the dead again – this time as the headliner for the “Thrills and Chills at the Riley Showcase.” Sammy Terry will be appearing Sat., Oct. 6th at 7pm at the H. J. Ricks Centre in Greenfieldduring the Riley Festival to benefit the Hancock County Historical Society. Tickets are $8.00 in advance/$10.00 at the door. The main thrill for the Riley Showcase will be “For the Love of Cash,” a Johnny Cash tribute show featuring Gary West on Fri., Oct., 5th. at 7pm. This Nashville musician honors the “Man in Black” along with some other country greats. Tickets are $8.00 in advance/$10.00 at the door. Rounding out the Riley Showcase on Sat., Oct. 6th at 1:30pm will be the Brandywine Wind playing a free concert, and then at 3:30pm a free viewing of WTIU’s Emmy winning documentary, “James Whitcomb Riley – Hoosier Poet.” On Sunday, October 7th, Wilkerson Dance Studio will host its free “Spooktacular Revue” featuring Halloween themed dance performances at 1pm and 3pm.
