About Culver Winterfest
Culver Winterfest is a fantastic 3-day FREE festival that encourages family fun! Winterfest attracts ice carvers from all over the Midwest and features ice sculptures throughout town, all hand-carved right here. Families like to peruse town on Friday night and check out all of the sculptures, while parents can head back to The Lakehouse Grille for a kick-off party. Saturday begins Cupid's Dart, an informal & unofficial fun run, a pancake breakfast by the Lions Club, and TONS of sledding, skating, fishing and ice carving. Watch as professionals compete in an ice carving contest while adults grab a beet at the Culver Coffee Company beer garden. The lake is also open for skating and fishing! Concurrently, Cupid's Crawl, a shopping event with local retailers offering gifts and prizes takes place. Sunday includes the famous chili cook off and The Polar Plunge.
