About Cowboy Bob BARK Walk @ Fort Harrison State Park

Honor the memory of central Indiana television legend Cowboy Bob during a fundraising dog walk at Fort Harrison State Park, Oct. 1. Proceeds from the event will support the Fort Harrison State Park Dog Park and other dog-friendly initiatives throughout the park. Cowboy Bob, whose real name was Bob Glaze, died last year at age 73. He was known for being an animal advocate and dog lover. Glaze’s wife and sidekick, Gail, known on television as Wrangler Gail, will attend the event. The event runs from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The walk starts at 2 p.m. Participants can choose a 1-mile or 5k walk. Registration costs $30 per person and includes admission for one dog. Additional dogs cost $10 per dog. Children age 10 and younger are free. Registration includes park admission, a T-shirt, a collapsible water bowl for your dog, and access to programs, booths and activities before and after the walk. Register by Sept. 27 at InnsGifts.com.
