The smell of wood smoke will mingle with the aroma of apples cooking at the Traditional Old Time Copper Kettle Apple Butter demonstration at the pioneer farmstead. You can even take home a jar of apple butter for a small cost. In addition, visit the working blacksmith shop, cooper shop, pioneer home, and enjoy the pioneer demonstrations and tomahawk throw. You will not want to miss the nationally unique demonstration of the 1850 Hay Press from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. This event is free of charge, but the regular park gate entrance fee applies.
