5 Reasons To Plan a 2022 Trip To Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake Now

By Visit Indiana on October 27, 2021
Back

Who doesn’t love the great outdoors? Now that summer and fall are winding down; it’s time to start daydreaming about your 2022 travels. There’s a campground in Northern Indiana that offers activities far beyond what a day at the water park can provide. In fact, you may want to stay at Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake all summer long! We have five reasons to plan your 2022 trip to Jellystone Park™ right now.

Seasonal RV Sites, Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake

1. You Can Reserve a Seasonal Site For the Whole Year!

Have an RV or plan to own one soon?! Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake is offering excellent seasonal sites for the entire 2022 camping season, from April through November. Some sites are located on the waterfront and include water, electricity, and more. Payment plans are available, and this adventure is proper camping on a lake experience!

If you have interest in a long-term seasonal RV site,  fill out this form or call 260-833-1114 today.

Barton Lake Jellystone Park Water Zone

2. The Water Zone Features Pools and Slides.

Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake is known for its immense collection of water attractions. The 8,500 square foot Water Zone is complete with water cannons, blasters, and three giant water slides. You can also take a dip in one of its four large swimming pools – one is even indoors for days that are too rainy or cold to be outside! The Water Zone, pools, and water slides are open daily from 5/27 – 8/21. The indoor pool is open all season.

3. Outdoor Adventure is Abundant.

Drop a line into the fishing pond! No license is required for the pond (but please catch and release). Want to fish in the lake? Stop by the camp store to purchase a fishing license! Other amenities include paddle boats, kayaking, and you can even dock your boat during the summer.

Yogi Bear Kids, Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake

4. The Kid-Friendly Entertainment is Unmatched.

Let’s not forget this is a fun Yogi Bear Campground, where dance parties with Yogi and BooBoo and the gang are a common occurrence throughout the summer! Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake is the perfect place to create endless memories with your family as it is a fun and inclusive camping community. There are daily activities and themed events like Candy Bar Bingo, meet and greets with the bears, arts & crafts, and so much more during the summer months. Additional amenities include a cafe, ice cream counter, camp store, mini-golf, jumping pillows, and laser tag.

Cabins, Barton Lake Jellystone Park

5. There Are Many Ways to Stay.

Whether you are looking for a long-term seasonal stay, a weekend camping experience, or a cabin vacation, Jellystone Park™ Barton Lake has you covered! Standard tent sites include access to a fire ring, picnic table, electricity, and water! Cabin options range from rustic to deluxe and provide comfort, convenience, and family fun.
