My husband grew up going to McCormick's Creek State Park and had fond memories of his time there. So, when he had a random Friday afternoon off this summer (a rarity in his business) we jumped on the opportunity to go visit ... and tent camp.TentLet me just say that I'm not a camper. I didn't grow up camping. I'm not opposed to it, however it does overwhelm me a bit. Nature CenterNature CenterAnother state park I can cross of my list and one that is beautiful! Seems to be a trend among Indiana State Parks. FamilyThe beauty of it all ... took us less than two hours to get to McCormick's Creek and we felt like we were miles away.
