Fall is coming to an end and breezy, blustery winter is on its way to Indiana. The cold winter has the ability to keep you from enjoying the outdoors. There is one place in Indy my friends and I go to during the winter to get out of that cabin fever rut. Climb Time Indyis an indoor rock climbing park with 8,500 square feet of climbing surface and 4,000 different holds to choose from. I have been there multiple times, especially in the winter, when I need a break from doing the same old thing. It’s the perfect place to stretch your legs and feed that competitive and adventurous craving.
Climb Time offers a wide range of difficulty between easy to extremely difficult walls and offers a mini training session if it is your first time climbing. The climbing paths are changed weekly for a constant challenge. Don’t worry, you do not have to be a pro to enjoy yourself at Climb Time. I went with three friends last year and we were at all different skill levels. It was fun to just laugh at ourselves while doing something out of the ordinary.
Climb Time offers a new promotion each day of the week. For example, Monday nights are High School Nights. Any high school student who visits gets a free harness rental. Each night has a different promotion making climbing affordable. Climbing offers a great alternative to monotonous movie theaters and bowling alleys.
