Need something to look forward to summer weekends? Try the Indianapolis Museum of Art’s 2012 Summer Nights Film Series on for size.
Every Friday night from June 1 to August 31, the IMA will host an outdoor screening of a film favorite in the museum’s amphitheater. Gates open at 7:00p.m. Bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages for pinicking. Films begin at dusk (generally around 9:30p.m.). Food and drink are available for purchase as well.
Tickets are $10/person, $6/museum members. Children six and under are free, though they must have tickets. Tickets are available for sale now on the IMA website. Just click on the name of the show you want to see.
